Decide on a Season

Is your dream wedding taking place on a balmy summer evening? A beautiful spring day? Or a crisp fall night? Choose a season that you want to get married in. This way, when finding your venue, you will have more options rather than being tied to one date.

Make a Guest List

The size of your guest list will be a big deciding factor in your options for venues. It’s best to at least have an idea of how many people will be at your wedding. Once your venue search begins, you’ll be able to rule out venues that aren’t the right size.

Hire a Planner

If you don’t have a venue booked already, your planner will be able to recommend venues that suit your style and budget and that are available for your guest count during your chosen season. Your planner will design your wedding and hire the vendors to bring your beautiful day to life.
